If your Food & Beverage minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to your bill. The Room Fee and Food & Beverage minimum does not include NH Meals Tax of 8.5%, 20% gratuity, 5% Management Fee, or cost of labor.

What’s Included?

Indoor Facility with Private Outdoor Patio

Onsite Furniture: Table, chairs, and cocktail tables according to your floor plan selections.

Linens: Table cloths, cloth napkins, and skirts are included in your price.

Vendor Flexibility: Select from one of our several downtown restaurants, or an outside food and beverage vendor.

Onsite Restrooms: Fully stocked and maintained men’s and women’s rooms.

In addition to:

Catering Kitchen: Complete catering kitchen available for outside use (caterer must be fully insured to use kitchen).

Onsite Bar: Fully stocked bar with local craft beer and spirits (bar options vary based upon selection).

Food Truck: Parking and space available for your favorite food truck.

Designated Vendor Storage: Space for vendors to store equipment and supplies during event.

In House Audio Visual + Technology

Wireless Internet: For your guests and vendors.

Visual: Projector screen, two tv’s, and lighting.

Audio: A built in stereo system is available to play music. DJs and musicians should come prepared with their own audio equipment.

Event Coordinator

Meet & Greet Call: Idea generation, discuss vision and ideas for your event.

In-Person Walk-Through: A dedicated appointment to finalize event details including floor plans and timeline.

Dedicated Venue Coordinator: A venue coordinator to lead setup and communicate with vendors on the day of the event.

Event Staff for General Assistance: Event staff is available for general assistance, including setup, breakdown, and event service.

Capacity

90 persons seated or 150 persons standing. This includes cocktail tables according to your floor plan selections.

The Fine Print

Deposit: A deposit equal to half of the room fee is required to secure your event date. If your event is cancelled within 30 days of the event, you forfeit the deposit. The deposit is due when the contract is signed. All other charges will be due the day of the event.

Decorations: Our staff will be happy to recommend florists and décor rentals for you to use for you event. If The 801 takes on the responsibility of sourcing any equipment rentals, there will be a 20% markup on all rental charges from a local rental company of our choosing.
